1) STEP 1
Pack the the items safely, preferably in the same packaging you received them. Make sure you use protection inside the parcel. Items arrived damaged to our warehouse will not be eligible for a refund.

2) STEP 2
Ship the items to the following address:

• Address: F4, No.1 South Door, Building 2, Sujia'Aihua Warehouse, No1511, Jin'gang Blvd, Jindong District, JinHua, Zhejiang, China.

You can use any carrier of your choice to ship the return parcel. Make sure they provide you a tracking number as you will need it at Step 3. Any return delivery duties and taxes must be covered by the sender before dispatch. In case your return arrives in customs with outstanding delivery duties and taxes, we won't be able to cover them, nor issue you a refund.

3) STEP 3:  After you shipped out the return parcel to the address provided above, take a picture of the parcel and reply the previous email, email include:

+/ Shipping tracking code
